With over twenty years of civil litigation experience in state and federal courts, Rick Buckley is a successful attorney because, unlike some attorneys, he gets it. Rick Buckley is the Managing Attorney of the Firm and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Rick has experience working with a broad spectrum of clients, including large to small companies. Rick has represented large general contractors, large subcontractors, medium sized suppliers, sureties and small real estate companies, not involved in the construction industry. Rick routinely is the counsel of choice of many American and Latin owned businesses in South Florida

Rick attended the University of Wisconsin at Madison where he received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.Rick attended the South Texas College of Law while attending law school at night and working during the day as a chemical engineer for a large petrochemical company named Hoechst Celanese. After law school, Rick moved to Hoechst Celanese’s corporate headquarters and worked as an attorney, incorporating his technical experience into the practice of law.

After working with Hoechst Celanese, Rick worked for various commercial law firms, practicing surety, construction, commercial and real estate law. Rick is now involved in litigation and in transaction work in these four areas of law.
